Banderillas are a type of skewered pickled vegetables that are a popular tapa in Spain. Bernal Spicy Banderillas are made with medium-sized crunchy gherkin, diced red pepper, queen onions, pitted olives and chopped spicy chilli pepper. Bernal’s recipe makes these banderillas a highly prized product.

You can served them plain or with a dipping sauce. With a meal or a cocktail.
