Our Story

At Picasso Bites, we’re passionate about two things: the bold, vibrant traditions of Spanish cuisine and the laid-back spirit of Aussie life. We aren’t just another smallgoods brand; we’re a culinary adventure, taking you on a tastebud journey from sun-drenched Iberian fields to the warmth of Aussie barbecues.

Our story began more than 15 years ago in Spain, mastering the art of crafting authentic Spanish smallgoods using time-honoured techniques and the finest ingredients. But we craved something more. We wanted to share our passion for Spanish flavours with Australians in a way that felt unique, playful, and, well, downright Aussie.

That’s how Picasso Bites was born. We took inspiration from the legendary Picasso, a master of transforming familiar forms into something fresh and unexpected. We embraced his bold strokes and vibrant colours, applying them to our own culinary canvas. The result? Delicious, handcrafted smallgoods and croquetas infused with a distinctly Aussie twist.

Think juicy chorizo made from Linley Valley pork bursting with sun-dried paprika, nestled alongside Jamon croquetas  spiked with a hint of Black Garlic Allioli. Imagine morcilla paired with sweet fig chutney – a taste of the Australian bush with a Spanish accent.
