Made in WA, with the best quality pork from Linley Valley, both variety are bursting with rich flavour.

We produce 2 different options: Mild and Hot, for all kind of taste. The perfect addition for a Charcuterie board, to enjoy before a BBQ, to take to a picnic, or just with some cheese and wine.

Since it’s cured, it has a long shelf life and doesn’t require any special preparation. Just slice and enjoy!
