In the production of our white tuna preserves, we exclusively use Thunnus Alalunga, caught during the summer season. White tuna is rich in Omega-3 fatty acids, making it ideal for regulating cholesterol metabolism and preventing cardiovascular diseases. El Capricho white tuna is made exclusively from fresh tuna, caught using small boats with environmentally friendly hook fishing methods. The product contains no additives—only fish, salt, and oil or water.

Usage: Ideal for gourmet salads, sandwiches, or enjoyed on its own as a premium snack.

Storage: Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened, refrigerate and consume within 3 days.
